Constituent Accessibility and Transparent Representation (CATREP)

True representation goes beyond the ballot box — it means being reachable, accountable, and present. If elected, I will ensure that no one in Owo/Ose feels ignored or disconnected from the office that serves them.

To guarantee this, I will implement the following:

• Constituency Offices in Owo and Ifon
  If elected, I will establish fully staffed, functional offices in both Owo and Ose to serve as walk-in centers for all constituents — whether farmers, youth, artisans, teachers, elders, or entrepreneurs — to make inquiries, raise concerns, request help, or share ideas.
• Constituent Liaison Officers (CLOs)
  Every ward will have a CLO to ensure grassroots feedback flows directly to my legislative team — so every voice counts.
• Minimum of 8 Town Hall Meetings per Year
  I will organize at least four (4) town hall meetings in Owo and four (4) in Ose annually to give updates, receive input, and maintain an open feedback loop with the people.
• Digital Access & Feedback Platform
  I will provide a digital platform where constituents can:
  • Track my legislative actions
  • Submit petitions or development requests
  • Suggest policy ideas
  • View upcoming reports and meetings
• Annual "Voice of the People" Report
  I will publish a publicly available report each year summarizing key projects, spending, and engagements — a transparent scorecard of my service.

Industrial Development and Sustainable Agriculture (IDESA)

Inclusive Economic Prosperity

A reinvigorated industrial and sustainable agriculture program that elevates Owo/Ose Federal constituency as a hub for industrialization in Ondo State, in particular, and the Southwest in general. I will work to revive local industries and create sustainable job opportunities through strategic partnerships and skills development programs. My program would make a connection between industrial development and sustainable agriculture. Known as IDESA, this program will create a pathway that connects our agricultural products to small and medium-scale manufacturing for our communities. Each community in our constituency will boast of at least an Agro-industrial project during my reign in office.

My agenda is to develop an industrial policy that projects our state as a beacon of renewed hope for the industrial and agricultural development of Nigeria. In developing an industrial and agricultural program for Owo/Ose, I intend to focus on a private-public partnership anchored on community buy-ins, such that the people of Owo and Ose would be part owners of the industries that we will be bringing to our communities. Transforming our agricultural sector from subsistence farming to commercial-scale operations that create wealth and food security.

In this vein, I propose the following:

• Revitalize the Golden Ceramic Products Company in Ifon through a private-public partnership that brings the needed investments into our constituency.
• Develop industrial parks for small and medium-scale manufacturing in ways that help develop model firms that can create job opportunities for our people, building on the model at Ore.
• Create an Industrial Skills Accelerator Program to train young people in trades, crafts, and digital manufacturing.
• Attract Agro-processing, fabrication, and light manufacturing hubs to Owo and Ose.
• Provide mechanized farming support: tractors, irrigation, and post-harvest storage.
• Establish community-owned processing centers for cocoa, cassava, palm produce, and maize.
• Create Youth Agro-Tech Hubs blending agriculture with entrepreneurship.
• Champion in opening and maintaining rural feeder roads across both LGAs.
• Initiate irrigation projects using the Ose River with solar pumps and gravity-fed systems for year-round farming.

Affordable Healthcare and Clean Water Infrastructure (AHCWI)

Quality and Affordable Health Care

Health is wealth is a popular dictum that we all believe fervently in our communities. Therefore, ensuring reliable access to clean water for all communities through infrastructure revitalization and innovative solutions is my goal. Clean water would help ameliorate water-borne diseases in our communities. In addition to clean water, we will invest heavily in providing affordable and accessible healthcare in our communities. I will revitalize and build primary healthcare services in every nook and cranny of our Owo/Ose.

My AHCWI programmatic agenda would include the following:

• Deploy solar-powered boreholes with its water treatment facilities in all villages and towns with no access to clean water.
• Integrate water access with health outcomes and community resilience.
• Strengthen general hospitals and Primary Health Care Centers in both LGAs with infrastructure, staffing, and supplies.
• Deploy mobile health units to underserved towns and villages.
• Attract federal programs for diagnostics and chronic illness support to Owo/Ose.
• Advocate for affordable healthcare policies.
• Provide support for medical emergencies.

Infrastructure and Rural Electrification Program (IREP)

Rural-Urban Electrification

Good infrastructure is the backbone of development. There can be no development without good road networks. I will prioritize road construction and maintenance to connect our rural communities to urban centers and open up opportunities for economic prosperity for our people. My IREP program will open up access to affordable and constant electricity not only in our urban centers but also in our villages and other rural settlements. My goal is to make our villages attractive to businesses and farmers by making them look like our urban centers. Access to electricity is a fundamental right for everyone, regardless of whether they live in rural areas or urban centers. We are blessed with sunshine in Owo/Ose, and that is why our state is called the Sunshine State, so I will continue my work of providing solar-powered solutions and advocating for comprehensive electrification programs to bring light to every community.

Affordable electricity, modern infrastructure, and rural access shall be the fulcrum of IREP, with a focus on the following:

• Construct and rehabilitate rural roads.
• Bridge the urban-rural divide by creating transformative programs that make our rural areas become urban.
• Improve transportation networks by investing in a public-private rural-urban transportation program.
• Enhance connectivity between communities through effective and efficient road networks.
• Support infrastructure maintenance programs through a public works project that creates job opportunities for our youth.
• Expand solar-powered street lighting in both rural and urban centers.
• Support renewable energy initiatives through innovative job creation projects.

Education and Housing Program (EDUHEP)

Quality Education and Affordable Housing

Education is key to unlocking the potential of our youth. Without quality and affordable education, we would not be able to realize our potential in Owo/Ose. We are blessed with talented people, many of whom have accomplished a lot in the field of education. My agenda is to unlock these potentials by creating a nexus between education and housing. In the last few years, I have been providing scholarships for many indigent students in Owo/Ose and I have been impressed with the quality of the students. Above all, I strongly feel that more could be done if we create access for more students. I will continue to support educational initiatives, provide scholarships, and create opportunities for our youth to thrive.

I also believe that access to quality and affordable housing will help build a strong pillar for our educational system. Therefore, I plan to launch a private-public partnership to establish low-cost housing estates in Owo/Ose. These housing estates would be equipped with primary and secondary schools, health centers, and sports pavilions. My goal is to have schools that are less than 3 kilometers from where our children live. Leveraging my technology background, I will work to bring digital transformation and economic opportunities to our constituency, creating jobs and supporting local businesses.

Thus, I plan to do the following to create EDUHEP for our people:

• Massive upgrade of select public schools: Buildings, digital labs, and teaching tools.
• Scholarship and mentoring programs to support outstanding students in Owo/Ose.
• Promote vocational training programs.
• Create youth employment opportunities.
• Promote technology adoption in local businesses.
• Support small and medium enterprises.
• Create job opportunities for constituents.
• Provide empowerment for traders to scale their business.

Social Welfare

I will continue to be a voice for the voiceless and support the most vulnerable in our society, ensuring that no one is left behind in our journey toward development.
